How do I refill my hearts?

You can refill all 5 hearts for 100 gems in the Shop, or practice in the Learn tab to earn 1 heart at a time.

Why aren't my gems showing up after a purchase?

Purchases can take up to a few minutes to process. If your gems don't appear after 5 minutes, contact support@mechlearn.app with your order confirmation.

How do I cancel MECH Pro?

You can cancel anytime by contacting support@mechlearn.app. Your Pro benefits continue until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account.
